About
My Background
As a young man my start in photography focused on making images of aircraft. Later after working for newspapers I became interested in photojournalism. My work is a cross between commercial, industrial and photojournalism imagery. Interested in all aspects of Alaska culture as a photographer has drawn me to stories all over the state of Alaska since 1975.
Photography as Communication
I am surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
